RELYRを安心してお使いいただくための、短い確認事項です。通常の利用を妨げるものではなく、入力変更・マクロ機能という性質上、知っておいていただきたい内容をまとめています。
1. 適用
公式に配布されたRELYRをインストールまたは使用することで、本条件に同意したものとします。同意できない場合は、インストールまたは使用を中止してください。
2. 安全に使用するために
RELYRは、キーボードとマウスの入力、Windowsの設定、アプリ・ファイル・URLの起動、マクロなどを利用者の設定に従って操作します。重要なデータは定期的にバックアップし、新しい割り当てやマクロは影響を確認しながら設定してください。他の入力変更ソフトと同じ入力を重複して設定しないことをおすすめします。緊急停止は Ctrl + Alt + Shift + F12 です。
利用者が作成または読み込んだ設定、マクロ、起動先およびそれらによって実行される操作は、利用者の管理のもとで使用してください。
3. 無保証
RELYRは、適用法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、現状有姿で提供されます。特定の環境で常に中断や不具合なく動作すること、すべての機器・ソフトウェアと互換性があること、特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。
4. 責任の制限
適用法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、RELYRの作者、著作権者、貢献者および配布者は、RELYRのインストール、使用または使用不能から生じるデータの消失、システムまたは機器の不具合、意図しない入力・操作、逸失利益その他の間接的・特別・付随的・結果的損害について責任を負いません。
通常の過失によって直接かつ通常の損害について責任を負う場合、その総額は、利用者がRELYRに支払った金額または10米ドル相当額のいずれか高い額を上限とします。この制限は、故意もしくは重大な過失、人の生命・身体に対する損害、または法律上制限できない責任には適用されません。利用者の居住地域の強行法規による権利は、本条件によって制限されません。
5. オープンソース
ソースコードの利用、複製、変更および再配布にはMIT Licenseが適用されます。本条件は、MIT Licenseによって与えられる権利を制限するものではありません。
6. 法律
法律上許される範囲で、本条件は日本法に準拠します。消費者保護法など、利用者の居住地域で優先して適用される法律がある場合は、その法律が適用されます。

This is a short set of points to help you use RELYR with confidence. It does not interfere with normal use; it explains what is important to know because RELYR can remap input and run macros.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using an official distribution of RELYR, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use RELYR.
2. Using RELYR safely
RELYR can act on keyboard and mouse input, Windows settings, apps, files, URLs, and macros according to your configuration. Keep backups of important data and review new mappings and macros as you configure them. Avoid assigning the same physical input in multiple remapping applications. The emergency stop shortcut is Ctrl + Alt + Shift + F12.
You are responsible for supervising configurations, macros, targets, and actions that you create or import.
3. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RELYR is provided as is. There is no warranty that it will always operate without interruption or error in a particular environment, work with every device or application, or meet a particular purpose.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the authors, copyright holders, contributors, and distributors of RELYR will not be liable for loss of data, system or device malfunction, unintended input or actions, lost profits, or other indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from installing, using, or being unable to use RELYR.
If liability for direct and ordinary loss caused by ordinary negligence cannot be excluded, the total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for RELYR or the equivalent of USD 10. This limit does not apply to intentional misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. These Terms do not restrict mandatory rights under the laws of your place of residence.
5. Open-source license
The MIT License governs permission to use, copy, modify, and redistribute RELYR source code. These Terms do not reduce rights granted by the MIT License.
6. Governing law
To the extent legally permitted, these Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Mandatory local law, including applicable consumer-protection law, continues to apply.
